Results of reconstructive operations in congenital anocolorectal pathology in children

Fecal incontinence (FI) in children is a serious medical and social problem. FI leads to severe limitations child’s development adaptation. Pediatric surgeons mainly deal with the mechanical type of that occurs after surgical correction anorectal malformations (ARM) or Hirschsprung's disease (HD). Violation defecation control observed 53-89% patients who underwent surgery for ARM HD. Purpose - study causes effectiveness proposed complex treatment operated on HD ARM. Materials methods. Clinical examination 92 congenital pathology distal colon anus (55 (59.78%) HG 37 (40.22%) ARM) was carried out at Surgery Clinic Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. Among surveyed were 64 boys 28 girls (ratio 2.29:1).
